This summer the first release on the new Dutch label called Enfant Terrible came out, namely the 9-track lp "The Plague" by CFX / XNDL. Influences on the album range from dark electronic with ambient, to elektro, idm and industrial. Now Belgian electronic noise pop band PIA fRAUS has signed a deal with Enfant Terrible to release at least two EP’s. Both EP’s will feature new and some older tracks by PIA fRAUS and a remix done by another musician. For the first release well known Dutch elektro noise producer RA-X (KK records, Bunker Records, Kommando 6) has executed the remix duties. The first EP is expected around january 2005 and it will be 'a dark and strange elektro/industrial punk record' according to the label. References are Skinny Puppy, Legendary Pink Dots, Bastards of Love, Fad Gadget and possibly even Faith No More. Late 2005 the second PIA fRAUS EP is expected to be released. But mid 2005 there is another Enfant Terrible release planned by a new promising new French dark ambient/idm act. More news as we get it. For the moment check out the website below.
