New album A-ha's Magne Furuholmen released and sold out on 300 copies only

The increased difficulties within the music market has caused some weird consequences from time to time. For example, A-ha's Magne Furuholmen just released a very special 10" vinyl picture disc edition of his new album, "A Dot Of Black In The Blue Of Your Bliss" as an exclusive direct purchase from his website. Restricted to just 300 physical copies at a price of 100 euro, it sold out in pre-sales after a mere two days.

The package consists of hand-painted original sleeves, all 300 covers are part of a larger work which Furuholmen created in Oslo on January 23rd and then dismantled into 300 parts. Each cover has been autographed and will be accompanied by a CD containing all the songs, a poster of the full original painting, and a documentary charting the artwork's creation.
