Major Records announces the signing of IAMX (aka Chris Corner from Sneaker Pimps). The new IAMX album "The Alternative" will be released on the 28th of April. Chris Corner, known as the front-man of the London group Sneaker Pimps, started the band in 90’s when he was 15 years old. While the new Sneaker Pimp album is in work, Chris has been reaching his audience through his solo project, IAMX. 2006 will see Chris back on tour to promote the new IAMX record as well as the soundtrack to the French movie "Les Chevaliers Du Ciel" directed by Gerard Pires, which was signed to Naïve Records. Major Records recently released "Elektrisch!, clubhits remixed" including Erasure, Wolfsheim, Soft Cell, Alphaville, Mesh, X-Perience, De/Vision, Real Life, The Twins and many more. (...)
