Has anyone heard of the Terrorfakt CDs "...Ausland", "Kalte Stahl Herz", or "We Know Pain"? Are these bootlegs or limited CDs? They all have songs not included anywhere. I looked on the net for these and there is no information.

No, those sound like their self-released discs. I've got Kalte and another one (can't remember the title offhand) and some other stuff that luckily got passed along to me at shows.

A lot of the tracks were redone and put on their first label release, but the rest were sold at early shows. Some GREAT stuff, too, so if you can track it down I recommend it.

The only one I have is the original CDr self-released version of Deconstruction-I had heard from them that there were a few other self-released, but I couldnt remember what they were. In fact if anyone is interested I can dig out the email from him and check it out

That answers my question. Thanks. I think they probably only released 4 CD-Rs then. The three I mentioned and the "Deconstruction" CD-R. I guess there could be more and if you want to dig them out industrialgyrl-go ahead-I'd be interested in knowing.

I was comparing the version of "Death Deal Tactics" on "Kalte Stahl Herz" (that I have on mp3) with the one on the "Deconstruction" CD and the one on the official CD is clipped at the end. You'd think they could have copied it correctly. How hard can it be? I hate that.

@Klangkrieg:

The posted discography above was the "official" listing ....I normally dont count the "self released" CDRs.

We Know Pain, Ausland, Kalte Stahl Herz and the CDR version of Deconstruction were self released CDRs....(as is REWORK from the 2004 tour with Manufactura).....REWORK however was limited to 50 copies (which were completely sold) ...as I havent had time to do a second run...

The newly updated (as of 11/22/04) discography can be found on www.terrorfakt.com

As for the newer version of Death Deal Tactics.......UGH,....this one of the MANY reasons I now have Ted Phelps mastering any and all future CD releases as opposed to letting a record label handle it.....

Proud to say I'm one of the few that have heard the "outtakes" CD. I think the world needs it.

@aries:

Yeah I know.....some of my favorite tracks on there... I will probably be dropping a few of those songs on the next coming releases...

before the next new full length I hope to be releasing a remix disc of the songs off of Cold Steel World....I have a nice roster or remixers confirmed:
Grendel, Displacer, Combichrist, E-Craft, Chris Petersen (Frontline, Will, Decree), Antigen Shift, Re-Agent, Imperative reaction, Totakeke, Iszoloscope and a few others.....
